How Hevla’s Supremo Arabica Coffee Beans Combine with Our Special Blending Process to Create a Superior Coffee that will Tantalize Your Taste Buds.

Hevla believes that everyone should have the right to enjoy a fresh hot, steaming cup of coffee without many of the health risks or the heartburn that are generally associated with drinking coffee.

Hevla has created a patented process to remove most of the acids that cause heartburn for coffee drinkers everywhere.  But we know that you can’t have a great cup of coffee without starting with a superior coffee bean.

There are two main varieties of coffee beans, they are Arabica coffee beans and Robusta coffee beans.  Arabica beans are a healthier and superior coffee bean to Robusta beans (which are used for most of the cheaper canned coffees).   Arabica beans are known the world around as the choice for gourmet coffee.  Arabica beans have a more distinctive flavor and aroma.

Arabica vs. Robusta Coffee
(or Quality vs. Quantity)

Almost all commercial coffees on the market are produced from two types of coffee beans, Robusta and Arabica.  While The huge corporate coffee moguls pay millions to make many believe that the cheaper, easier to grow Robusta is the better of the two you will soon find out why Arabica coffee beans are the far superior coffee bean.

Robusta grows at lower altitudes and produces about twice as many beans per coffee tree as Arabica beans, so corporate coffee makers love Robusta coffee beans because they are cheaper to grow and easier to harvest.  They also have twice the caffeine of Arabica coffee beans.

So if you are looking to sell an inexpensive canned coffee that pumps out the caffeine to the masses, it makes sense (and dollars) if you use an inferior bean.

But ask any coffee expert which coffee bean they choose for gourmet coffee and they will almost unequivocally answer “Arabica coffee beans”.   When it comes to great coffee there just isn’t any competition against Arabica beans.

If you are like other discerning coffee drinkers, then you are used to the more desirable flavors and aromas of the Arabica coffee bean.  Arabica beans are simply the most flavorful and aromatic coffee beans available.  It is practically undisputed among coffee connoisseurs.

One of the reasons that Arabica beans create a healthy coffee is they have about half the caffeine of Robusta beans.   You can have that second (or third or fifth) cup without the guilt of overloading your body with the caffeine found in Robusta coffees.

To make sure that you don’t get any unwanted chemicals in your system, Hevla only chooses organically grown, hand picked Arabica coffee beans. Whether you prefer our whole bean Arabica coffee or our ground Arabica coffee, you can rest assured that our coffee beans are among the healthiest that you will find anywhere!
